Position : Retail baby shop staff
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Process sales and payments through the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organised and premium-looking store
- Restock and organise products
- Assist with stock counts and deliveries
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media
- Support online orders and basic website tasks
- Assist with promotions, events and social media content
- Provide excellent customer service and encourage repeat visits
