Job Advertisement: Sales Executives in Real Estate

Qualifications:
- Proficient English speaker
- Female, aged 20-45 years old
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Chinese or Russian is an advantage but not essential
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Outgoing personality, capable of working under pressure
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive

Job Description:
- Identify inquiries and qualify leads through calls
- Follow up and nurture existing leads, developers, and co-broker agencies.
- Provide clients with property information and assist in their decision-making process.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
