Key task หน้าที่
1. Clean, polish, and properly separate equipment by type; ensure safe handling during shipping and storage to prevent breakage or damage.
2. Store and maintain all equipment appropriately according to type and usage requirements.
3. Inform the supervisor promptly about the need to order materials, equipment, and chemicals to maintain adequate stock levels.
4. Scrub, wash, and soak equipment such as plates, bowls, and utensils; rotate stock to ensure sufficient availability.
5. Maintain pots, pans, plates, bowls, and other equipment in good condition, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
6. Clean, wash, and mop floors in the work area twice per work cycle, keeping the area tidy and hygienic.
7. Take good care of the equipment cleaning area and ensure it is kept clean and organized.
