Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our prestigious hotel group in Thailand, overseeing the marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue through innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires a hands-on leader who can collaborate with hotel management teams, understand market trends, and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our brand values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for five hotels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
- Lead the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Oversee the development of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral to enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to maximize PR opportunities and enhance brand reputation.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with hotel management teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding and messaging across all properties.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Thai is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel between hotel locations as required.
