Zest Real Estate seeks a “Russian Sales and Marketing” to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about real estate, fluent in Russian and English, and have excellent negotiation and customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:
✅ Russian nationality or fluent in Russian (Read, Write, Speak)
✅ Proven experience in real estate sales/marketing
✅ Strong English communication skills (Read, Write, Speak)
✅ Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Must have own transportation
✅ Enthusiastic team player with a positive personality
✅ Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Flexible to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
???? Manage and oversee real estate projects
???? Network in communities and attend events
???? Develop and execute sales/marketing campaigns
???? Build and maintain relationships with clients
???? Assist buyers and sellers throughout the process
???? Update, locate, and list new/existing properties
???? Schedule and conduct property tours for clients
???? Professionally negotiate terms and prices
???? Handle contracts and ensure compliance

Salary: 35,000 THB + Commission
Working Place; Phuket – Rawai
Working hours: Sunday – Friday (9 am – 5 pm) / 6 days off monthly.
