Job description
1. Service & Operations
• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
• Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Monitor table turnover, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
2. Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver consistent high-level service
• Ensure staff adherence to SOPs, grooming standards, and service etiquette
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities
3. Sales & Upselling
• Drive revenue through proactive upselling and menu recommendations
• Train team members on product knowledge and upselling techniques
• Monitor average check size and suggest improvements
4. Guest Experience
• Build strong relationships with guests and ensure personalized service
• Ensure a welcoming and engaging atmosphere aligned with brand identity
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
5. Communication & Coordination
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Communicate clearly with management regarding operations, issues, and opportunities
• Support implementation of promotions and special events

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (restaurant / hospitality industry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in upselling and revenue-driven service
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Chinese language skills preferred (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
