Position : Marcom/Social Media Manager

Job Detail

Responsibilities:
-Create engaging content, capture high-quality photos/short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), and develop attractive promotional campaigns.
-Manage and update all social media platforms, while handling basic inquiries, comments, and inboxes to ensure excellent customer care.
-Oversee PR activities and collaborate with travel bloggers, influencers, and KOLs to promote the hotel and drive brand awareness.
-Execute online advertising campaigns (paid ads) and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to continuously optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Marcom or Social Media Management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
-trong storytelling and creative skills, with proficiency in photography, short-form video shooting, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
-Excellent command of English (both verbal and written communication).
-Always up-to-date with social media trends (trend-catcher) and possesses high flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
