1.Develop and manage customer marketing and communication plan to stimulate hotel revenues across rooms, F&B and spa
2. Devise and develop hotel and spa
3. Develop online and offline media plan for hotel
4. Manage hotel advertising campaigns and budget
5. Develop CRM communication framework and lifecycle marketing strategy to build relationships with guests and drive customer retention
6. Launch and manage hotel social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
7. Identify tailored and targeted strategies to engage different target markets in the appropriate channels
8. Develop marketing strategy to drive MICE and social events business
9. Indentify new potential target markets for the hotel and develop tactics to reach them
10. Indentify and develop partnerships to drive hotel awareness, distribution and database opportunities
11. Maintain strong relationship and work in synergy with hotel PR team
12. Work closely with CHR corporate marketing division to ensure strategies and initiatives complement corporate campaigns and wider group strategy
13. Engage CHR corporate digital and web development teams to support execution of email marketing campaigns and website content development
