Position : Chief Engineer
- Ensure the property facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Provide training to engineering staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance techniques.
- Minimum 6 years of Engineering experience with 1 year at a management level.
- Ability to speak in English language.
