2. มีทักษะในการนำทีม, มอบหมายงาน
3. สามารถสื่อสารกับทีมและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ได้อย่างชัดเจนและมีประสิทธิภาพ
4. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างดี
5. สามารถวางแผน, ติดตามความคืบหน้า ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
