Job Detail

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.

Experience in an international upscale or luxury hotel brand; experience within Accor is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Corporate, Leisure, MICE, and Group segments.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.

Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Salesforce, or other Accor reporting tools is preferred.

Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
