Job Detail
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills in English and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
* Identify and target potential clients interested in purchasing properties.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and support throughout the buying process.
* Conduct presentations and property tours for prospective buyers.
* Utilize social media and other digital platforms popular to engage with potential buyers.

Sales Administration:
* Prepare and manage sales agreements, and other documentation for clients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems:
* HubSpot (training will be provided).

Customer Service:
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition for clients after purchase.
* Demonstrate a strong service mindset and a results-driven approach to client satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant or in a related role.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.
* Excellent knowledge of the local property market and legal regulations.
* A customer-focused approach with a strong ethical mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate or related field.
