Position : Luxury Villa Sales Concierge Representative
As a Luxury Villa Sales Concierge Representative, you will be the key point of contact for discerning clients seeking exceptional villa stays. Your role combines personalized sales, expert travel guidance, and end-to-end reservation coordination to deliver seamless and unforgettable holiday experiences.
1. Curating Tailor-Made Villa Recommendations
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, including budget, group dynamics, destination desires, and overall vibe.
- Select and propose a curated collection of luxury villas that align precisely with the client’s wish list.
- Refine and personalize recommendations until the client reaches their “this is the one” moment.
2. Managing the Reservation Process
- Oversee the entire booking process: respond to inquiries, prepare contracts, manage timelines, and send confirmations with efficiency and clarity.
- Liaise directly with villa owners and property managers to confirm availability, pricing accuracy, and any promotional offers.
- Work closely with the Accounting Team for a smooth handover of confirmed bookings and to ensure seamless payment handling.
- Collaborate with the Experience and Concierge Teams post-booking to assist clients with personalized services and pre-arrival arrangements.
3. Enhancing the Guest Experience
- Partner with the Concierge Team to offer clients access to curated local experiences, including private chefs, in-villa spa services, hidden beaches, must-try restaurants, and bespoke tours.
- Present the villa not just as accommodation, but as the gateway to a complete and memorable luxury escape.
4. Building Client Relationships
- Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, many of whom return annually.
- Provide ongoing support from initial inquiry through to arrival, ensuring every aspect of the journey is flawless.
- Conduct post-stay follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
5. Staying Informed and Inspired
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our growing villa portfolio across Thailand and Bali.
- Continuously expand destination expertise, including trending hotspots, luxury experiences, and hidden gems, to provide insightful recommendations and exceed client expectations.
6. Engaging with Luxury Travel Partners
- Actively build and nurture relationships with luxury travel agents and tour operators worldwide.
- Promote our villa collection as their go-to option by providing regular updates, tailored recommendations, and excellent service support.
- Inspire confidence and trust in our portfolio so that partners consistently think of our villas first when advising their high-end clientele.
- Support travel partners with marketing materials, priority access to promotions, and seamless collaboration on client bookings.
- Below is a summary of the compensation package and benefits offered:
Monthly Salary: THB 25,000 + THB 35,000 + monthly performance commission
Working Days: Can be adjusted as long as fulfill 6 days off per month
Days Off: 6 days off per month
