Key Responsibilities: รายละเอียดงาน
1. Quality Control:
• Lead the bottling team to ensure 100% quality in every product.
• Set a standard of a zero-tolerance attitude towards quality issues
• Set quality standards and make sure the team is trained on those standards and follows them.
2. Bottling Operations & Process Improvement:
• Improve how the team works to make production faster, safer, and more cost-effective.
• Ensure the bottling machines work efficiently and without problems.
3. Bottling Planning & Organization:
• Monitor stock levels and work with purchasing to ensure all materials are available.
• Ensure all process paperwork is completed so it can be audited.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
• Make sure all bottling machines are properly maintained and working correctly.
5. Cleanliness & Hygiene:
• Ensure the bottling area is always clean and well-organized.
• Perform weekly 5’s audit to make sure cleanliness and hygiene
6. Team Management & Training:
• Clearly communicate daily production targets and results to the team.
• Train and guide the team to follow all bottling and quality.
7. Tracking & Reporting:
• Track how many products are made, check the quality, and record any waste.
• Report production results and suggest ways to improve.
8. Spirit Reduction & Blending:
• Plan and oversee the spirit reduction process to meet production goals.

Applicant Qualifications:
- Experienced in QC work
- Have leadership
- Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level
