Job Detail

Well-versed in hotel operations and product knowledge.

• Prioritize upselling in order to increase hotel revenue and room sales.

• Verify all new bookings every day, cancel or modify existing ones, and ensure that the information sent to the appropriate departments is accurate.

• Verify that the visitor details, needs, and pricing information are accurate when guests or groups.

• Carry out secretarial tasks, such as writing letters, keeping files, sending faxes, sending emails, etc.

• Keep a sales mindset at all times to avoid missing any hotel sales opportunities.

• Grow the Group & Tour and Reservations to increase sales on all inquiries.

• Verify that all commissions are accurate and properly followed up on.

• Ensure that the reasons for every rejected business are documented.
