Rayavadee is situated in the heart of Krabi's beautiful Phranang Peninsula on the border of Krabi Marine National Park, an area renowned for its natural beauty and rich flora, fauna and marine life. When the resort was built more than two decades ago, it was with the idea of living in balance within this unique environment. The accommodation was constructed to nestle in between the property's many trees, none of which were cut during the process, in order to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. With the resort's low-key approach to building, the habitat of the area's many varieties of birds and animals was not disturbed. In addition, we employ a number of practices to reduce the negative impact on our surroundings with a focus on sustainable water and waste management as well as energy efficiency.

Breakfast Sous Chef
Rayavadee Krabi is seeking a passionate Breakfast Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in breakfast operations, handling both buffet production and à la carte service for large volumes, with a background in European and Southeast Asian cuisine.

Key Qualifications:
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a large culinary brigade.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and kitchen hygiene.
• Basic English communication and computer skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for excellence.
- At least 3-5 years experience in International & Western cuisine in 5 stars hotel
- Good skills in monitoring and follow up
- Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills and problem solving
- Good command in English and computer literate
- ISO standard knowledge

• Supervise and organize daily breakfast operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure efficient workflow, cost control, and food safety compliance.
• Inspire teamwork and creativity across a multicultural kitchen.
