Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals for villa guests according to set menus or special requests.

Plan and source fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Create Thai and international dishes, including healthy or customized meal options.

Ensure the taste, presentation, and quality of food meet high standards.

Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient ordering and proper food storage.
Work closely with the villa Manager to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a villa, luxury hotel, or fine-dining restaurant.

Expertise in Thai and international cuisine; experience with healthy, vegan, or specialty diets is a plus.

Ability to create customized menus based on guests’ dietary preferences (e.g., gluten-free, keto, halal).

Professional attitude, good personality, and excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and food safety standards.

English communication skills are a plus.

Able to drive a car to buy food .
