Position : Sales Representative - Chinese Speaking
Job Detail
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
-Male or Female
-Ability to handle rejection and setbacks, maintaining a positive and motivated approach.
-Positive thinking, a pleasant personality, an open mind and team player.
-Understanding team dynamics, managing conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
-A strong drive to meet objectives and targets.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, as well as Chinese or Russian.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Available to use CRM software
-Experience in luxury property sales is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both domestic and international
- Conduct consultations with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance on property options, legal processes, and purchasing procedures.
2. Sales and Marketing
- Present and promote properties to prospective buyers through in-person viewings, online presentations, and open houses
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Participate in property exhibitions, real estate events, and networking opportunities.
3. Property Knowledge
-Stay updated on the developer's projects, pricing, availability, and market trends in Phuket.
-Conduct site tours, demonstrating property features and amenities to prospective clients.
-Effectively communicate the unique selling points of each property.
4. Negotiation and Closing
- Handle price negotiations and secure sales contracts.
- Assist clients with financing options and liaise with legal teams for contract finalization.
- Ensure smooth transaction processes, from initial inquiry to closing.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on performance and market feedback.
