-Ability to recommend wellness services or products appropriately
-Good communication and basic consultation skills with guests
-Possession of certificates in spa, traditional Thai massage, or aromatherapy is an advantage
-Strong teamwork and clear understanding of one’s role within the Wellness Program
-Strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards
-Flexibility to work according to resort schedules and wellness activities
