Qualifications & Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in the hotel (Guest Relations) or travel industry is an advantage.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to duties.
* Willing to work in shifts.
* Experience in working with international guests.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Immediate availability is a plus.
* Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
