The Kitchen Steward, who is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and ensuring proper storage and handling of food and kitchen supplies. The role involves working closely with the kitchen staff and management to ensure a safe and efficient working environment for all.

Responsibilities:

1.Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.
2.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and other food preparation areas.
3.Assist chefs and kitchen staff in various tasks as needed.
4.Manage and organize inventory and supplies.
5.Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

1.Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
2.Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
3.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
4.Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
5.Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
