We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Admin to support our operations team. This role will act as the central point of coordination between management, technicians, contractors, and residents/clients to ensure all maintenance activities are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Position: Operation Admin
• Location: Based at The Surin Park
• 2 days off per week (Working day)
• Salary: 20,000 ++
• Lunch and phone allowances
• Public Holiday + Annual leave
• Accident insurance provided
• Social security

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administration, facilities, or maintenance coordination preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Thai.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or other facility management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Service-minded attitude with a professional and positive approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
