Engineer Clerk
Job Description
Coordinate the engineering operations of our hotel, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of all related systems and equipment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
2 years of experience in hotel engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering management and coordination.
- Knowledge of building, safety, and energy management regulations.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operation of all related systems and equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance of the hotel’s building and grounds, including air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical and other related systems.
- Monitor and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement energy management and conservation programs.
- Inspect and oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure safety and quality of work performed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of engineering activities.
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets.
Train and supervise staff in engineering and maintenance procedures.

Technician (Pool Attendant)
Job Qualification :
- Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relations with other employees and departments. Any job-related complaints or grievances to be handled promptly with your Duty Engineer or Assistant Director of Engineering.
- To Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: Masonry, painting, Plumbing and carpentry and finish skills, energy conservation, and/or general building.
- Responsible for care and maintenance of all pool cleaning tools which must be kept clean and secure at all times.
- Follow all job instructions given by Duty Engineer or other Senior Staffs.


Technician
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues: Fix everything from leaky faucets to malfunctioning air conditioners promptly to minimize guest inconvenience
- Conduct routine maintenance checks: Regularly inspect hotel facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond to emergency maintenance : Be on call to handle urgent repairs, such as power outages or water leaks.
- Address plumbing and electrical problems: Handle everything from clogged drains to faulty wiring.
