- at least 2-3 years of experience in luxury hotel or villa management
- strong leader ship and people management
- excellent communication skills in english and thai
- understanding of budgeting and financial management
- ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions under pressure
- high attention to details
- ability to handle guests complaints gracefully
- knowledge of housekeeping standards and experience in overseeing daily operations
- ability to train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
- cultural awareness and sensitivity to cater an international clientele
