- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ มนุษศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา บริหาร หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร HRD
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆได้ดี
- มีความรู้แรงงานสัมพันธ์,กฏหมายแรงงาน, กฏหมายประกันสังคม, ใบอนุญาตแรงงานต่างด้าว
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีความคิดสร้างสรร์ กระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ ทำงานเชิงรุก และแก้ไขปัญหา เป็นอย่างดี
