Talent Acquisition Intern (Internship Program)

Location: Club Med Office, Phuket
⏳ Internship Duration: 4–12 months

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities and gain hands-on experience in a multicultural and international working environment within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment and employer branding activities

Assist with CV screening and candidate coordination

Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

Support interview days, career events, and campus recruitment activities

Update candidate data and recruitment tracking in internal systems

Prepare basic presentations and recruitment materials

Support ad-hoc HR and TA-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated (any related field is a plus)

Good communication skills in English (French or other languages are an advantage)

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)

Good presentation and coordination skills

Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn

Able to commit to an internship period of 4–12 months
