ㆍ Male / Female
ㆍ Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields preferred, equivalent work experience in
property management will be considered
ㆍ At least 2 years of experience in property management or related field
ㆍExceptional organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, interpersonal and stress
management skills
ㆍ Excellent English communication skills
ㆍ Good Russian/Chinese communication skills is a plus
Highly proficient in MS Office
ㆍ Strong familiarity and working knowledge of condominium laws and regulations
