Position : Commis
✔️ Experience: At least 6 months – 1 year in a kitchen role (hotel or restaurant experience preferred).
✔️ Education: Basic culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
✔️ Skills:
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
Good knife skills and understanding of kitchen hygiene.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
✔️ Language: Basic English communication is a plus but not mandatory.
✔️ Work Ethic: Hardworking, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
