Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Villa Manager Assistant to join our team in Koh Samui. This role is ideal for a responsible and service-oriented individual who can help manage multiple villas and ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily operations of multiple villas.
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Ensure villas are well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped for guest stays.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their requests.
Maintain records of bookings, guest feedback, and inventory.
Handle minor administrative tasks related to villa management.

Requirements:
Must be a Thai national.
Basic to intermediate English-speaking skills for guest communication.
Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
