We help clients make informed decisions, provide up-to-date real estate market analytics, and assess the liquidity of projects. Our mission is to assist clients in easily acquiring property in a beautiful resort city, offering full support and guidance at every stage.

We are looking for an accountant residing in Phuket to manage financial accounting. This position can be combined with another job, as it is remote, but it is important to be located on the island.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting records
Prepare financial reports
Monitor expenses and income
Interact with tax authorities and banks (if necessary)
Requirements:

Proficiency in Russian or English
At least 5 years of experience as an accountant
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, 1C, Excel)
Knowledge of local tax legislation
Conditions:

Part-time work
