• Experience 2 years in a position.
• Experience in the housekeeping for luxury villa/ hotel is an advantage.
• Managing the housekeeping team and help with cleaning if needed.
• Flexible on working schedule to accommodate guest needs and villa requirements.
• Check in, check out the guest and be the point of contact during guest stay.
• Have knowledge of food & beverages services and dining table set-up and flower arrangement.
• Coordinate and fully support the Villa Chef and guest.
• Coordinate with concierge and reservation team, regarding owners/guests arrival/departure/additional services.
• Coordinate with operations team and management regarding villa's expenses, services incomes, man power, maintenance issues and emergency matters.
• Have knowledge of villa basic maintenance, swimming pool, garden and home appliances.
• Have knowledge of basic accounting and handling petty cash funds.
• Able to communicate in listening, speaking, reading and writing English well.
• Leadership & teamwork’s skills with can do attitude and open minded to a new thing.
• Have your own transportation and valid car driver's license.
