- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sushi Chef or Head Sushi Chef
- Any nationality
- Strong sense of responsibility and leadership
- Excellent knowledge of sushi ingredients, techniques, and Japanese cuisine
- Able to control food cost and maintain high standards of quality
- Creative and passionate about developing new sushi menus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to work under pressure
