Position : Senior Sales Manager
Job Detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in hotel, resort, or tourism industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and analytical ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
In-depth knowledge of hotel sales segments: corporate, MICE, leisure, OTA, etc.
Understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Knowledge of contracting, pricing strategy, and revenue management principles.
