Position : Spa Manager

Job Detail

Education: Completion of high school or higher.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrable experience in a Spa Manager role within a luxury spa environment or a 5-star hotel setting is essential.

Massage Certification: Possession of a valid certificate for Thai Massage with a minimum of 150 training hours.

Spa Management Certification: Certification from a recognized Spa Manager Program is highly advantageous.

Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai are required (both written and verbal).

Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Industry Experience: Prior and proven experience working within the spa or hospitality industry is a significant preference.
