Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our energetic team at Hampton Marketing. You’ll work with some of Thailand’s most exciting hotels, restaurants, real estate, and lifestyle brands, leading the charge in building their online presence.

What you’ll do

Create and manage social media strategies for multiple clients
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
Work with our creative team on visuals, video, and design
Engage with audiences and grow strong communities
Stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What we’re looking for
Experience managing social media for brands or agencies
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (bonus)
Creative mindset with sharp attention to detail
Comfortable with data and reporting results
Ability to work fast, adapt, and think outside the box
Good English & Thai communication skills

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
2. Proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies
3. Strong understanding and passion of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
4. Skilled in creating engaging content strategies
5. Ability to analyze data and create performance reports
6. Strong copywriting and editing skills in English and Thai
7. Creative eye for design
8. Up-to-date on trends, memes, and platform updates
9. Strong project management and organizational skills
10. Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills
12. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
13. Detail-oriented with strong time management
14. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
15. Passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling
