Position: Chef de Partie (Full-Time)
Location: Phuket Bangtao

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Help train and support junior kitchen staff
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while meeting portion and quality standards
Contribute to menu development with creativity and attention to seasonal ingredients
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices
Passion for cooking and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to grow, learn, and bring ideas to the table
