Position : Pastry Chef
• Lead the pastry section in producing high-quality desserts, breads, cakes, and baked goods for all outlets including à la carte, banquets, and afternoon tea
• Innovate and develop seasonal menus and signature desserts in line with Shangri-La brand standards
• Oversee pastry kitchen operations including production planning, inventory, hygiene, and staff scheduling
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff to maintain consistency and creativity
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team on new concepts and guest experiences
