Job Detail

Train Security Officers in surveillance operations, patrol procedures, report writing, record keeping, and first aid.
Supervise and monitor Security Officers to ensure duties are carried out efficiently while communicating management information to the team.
Conduct investigations of incidents within the hotel, prepare reports, and monitor staff under investigation.
Manage and coordinate emergency responses involving fire, medical cases, bomb threats, or police assistance.
Inspect and maintain all security equipment, CCTV systems, keys, passes, and security records to ensure proper accountability.
Prepare daily security reports, provide protection for VIP guests, and keep the Director of Security updated on all security matters.
Manage team performance through training, staff development, scheduling, and maintaining professionalism and service standards.
Comply with hotel policies and emergency procedures, attend assigned meetings/training, maintain professional appearance, and remain on-call for emergencies.
