About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant to support the General Manager in the daily operations of Spotlight Phuket, a leading entertainment venue in Thailand.

This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and interested in working in a fast-paced nightlife and hospitality environment. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks related to operations, admin, business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the GM with daily administrative and operational tasks


Communicate with suppliers, partners, and internal team members


Help coordinate events, shows, and team schedules


Support basic sales and marketing tasks (e.g. emails, content coordination, guest inquiries)


Participate in planning meetings and follow up on assigned actions


What We’re Looking For
Someone reliable, organized, and detail-oriented


Comfortable speaking English (Thai is a plus)


Positive attitude and team spirit


Interest in events, nightlife, or hospitality
