- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านกฎหมายแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เช่น ภาษี ประกันสังคม เป็นต้น
