Position : Guest Relations Manager (Russian Speaking)

Job Detail

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional information about hotel services
- Handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently and courteously
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service flow
- Supervise the Guest Relation / Guest Service team to maintain service standards
- Report guest feedback and suggestions to management for service improvement

Qualifications:
- Foreigner - Russian Speaking with at least 3 years of guest service or hospitality experience.
- Excellent personality and strong customer service mindset
- Understanding of Asian hospitality culture and ability to work well with Thai staff
