Position : Tenant Relation Specialist
-Present and sell retail space to prospective tenants
-Prepare quotations and lease-related documents (TH/EN)
-Coordinate vendor setup and lease system updates
-Liaise with Building, Finance, Legal, and tenants
-Manage handover, renovation, and return of space
-Follow up on overdue payments and refund processes
-Communicate updates via Line OA / WhatsApp / other apps
-Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and renewal proposals
-Support legal actions or abnormal lease situations
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in tenant services or leasing coordination
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Service-minded and detail-oriented
