Position : Property Sales Executive - Urgent

Job Detail

Responsibilities:
• Sell condominium units to Thai & international clients
• Present projects, handle clients, close deals
• Coordinate international client channels (esp. Russian market)

Qualifications:
• Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
• Sales experience (real estate a plus)
• Good English (Russian/Chinese a strong plus)
• Service-minded, strong negotiation skills

หน้าที่:
• ขายห้องชุด/ยูนิตโครงการให้ลูกค้าทั้งไทยและต่างชาติ
• ดูแลลูกค้า นำเสนอโครงการ ปิดการขาย
• ประสานงานช่องทางลูกค้าต่างชาติ (โดยเฉพาะตลาดรัสเซีย)

คุณสมบัติ:
• บุคลิกภาพดี ภาพลักษณ์ดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• มีประสบการณ์งานขาย (อสังหาฯ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (รัสเซีย/จีน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• รักงานบริการ มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
