Job Detail

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with document preparation, quotations, and project-related materials
- Welcome clients at the sales office and coordinate appointments or property visits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales gallery/showroom
- Communicate and follow up with internal departments and external partners
- Prepare sales reports and update client information in the CRM system
- Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales support, or real estate roles is a plus
- Good command of English (Required) – verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-presented, service-minded, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a positive attitude
