Yacht Engineer
Thai nationals only.
Full-time job located in Royal Phuket Marina,

Yacht Engineer maintains and repairs a fleet of 30 to 90 ft sail and motor yachts. They work closely with operations manager and captains, as well as outside contractors.

Qualifications
 Strong knowledge of boat systems.
 Prior experience as yacht engineer or marine technician.
 Marine engineering degree, technical diploma, or equivalent is an advantage.
 Problem-solving mindset and reliability.
 Good communication with captain, crew and supplier.
 High safety awareness and attention to detail.
 Basic level of English communication, writing, and reading.


Responsibilities
 Maintenance and repair of motor and sailing yachts 30-90 ft: engine and machinery, electrical and electronic systems, auxiliary systems (watermakers, air-conditioning, hydraulics, fuel systems, tenders, etc).
 Follow maintenance calendar and ensure tasks are completed on time.
 Daily report on jobs done.
 Remain on standby during trips to resolve any technical issues immediately.
