Position : Pastry Chef
1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Cook in a hotel.
2. Strong knowledge of pastries, bakery, desserts, and bread production.
3. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality.
4. Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
5. Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
6. Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
