Position : Housekeeping Clerk
Job Detail
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Always wear the proper uniform, well groomed
• Contact and coordinate with the purchase department by phone or mail to orders.
• Issue purchase orders
• Controlling all housekeeping keys card throughout the day
• Maintain associate files in a neat and orderly fashion, Update files promptly when necessary
• Administers the Lost & Found policy and system
• Attends meeting daily
• Inventory guest supplies, cleaning supplies
• Take of guest supplies and cleaning supplies delivery, purchasing, maintenance and distribution.
• Control florists and minibar inventory every period.
• Collect the Lost & found and record logbook and update data into the system, Monthly damaged report.
• Update Monthly inventory guest supplies and cleaning supplies.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in international hotel, preferably 4/5 star property
• Prior experience working with Opera System
• Strong communication English skill
