Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily bookkeeping and monitoring of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and submit monthly tax (VAT, Withholding) and Social Security (SSO) filings.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure alignment with all financial accounts.
• Generate reports related to revenue, inventory control, and fixed assets.
• Prepare supplier payments, purchase invoices, and track due payments.
• Assist in compiling data for monthly financial reports, including using spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both digitally and in hard copy.
• Collaborate with the Senior Accounts team to support cost control initiatives and assist in payroll processing.
• Provide support in data analysis and assist with financial system improvements.
• Experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship experience welcome).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Xero is a plus).
• Good understanding of Thai tax and SSO regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, with strong analytical and communication skills.
