• Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in hospitality or luxury lifestyle
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and interpersonal awareness
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and basic design understanding
• Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable

• Experience in marketing, events, creative production or PR
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content coordination
• Understanding of luxury brand communication
• Thai language skills an advantage
