Job Detail
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office operations.
At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, or similar PMS).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Language:
Fluent in English.
